Come Run with Us!
Below, you can subscribe to our free weekly training emails, see our running group training calendar, and read a little about both the Sole Train and the Trailheads. But first, here are our current guidelines for running with our running group during the COVID-19 pandemic:
Mask On:
Masks are required to be worn before and after runs while we are congregated in the parking lot and/or in the store. You are not required to wear a mask while running.
Social Distance:
At every group run, we will highly encourage running in small group sizes while out on the roads and trails. We know you will want to hang out and enjoy each others company before and after runs, but we suggest you spread out! Please be mindful of each others' personal space and be aware that everyone has different limits and comfort levels in regards to COVID and running in groups.
Health and Safety:
If you are feeling sick or under the weather, please stay home. As much as we like to see each and every one of you, we also want to protect the health of everyone in the Sole Train!

Sign up and train with our complimentary marathon and half marathon training group in preparation for the 2019 Columbus Marathon in October! You'll receive free comprehensive training plans as well as coaching several days of the week! Our group is made up of all levels, experience and ability! All are welcome to join us whenever you can drop in! You DO NOT need to be training or signed up for a race to take advantage of these workouts! Come run to stay in shape and meet some great new friends!

On top of our Sole Train group we offer group trail runs through our TrailHeads Trail group every Monday night at various locations around the area. Our trail group is for all levels, all experience and ability. Many folks bring their dogs and kids. Check the calendar for details on when and where Trail Heads meet! We also post a Facebook event weekly through our 2nd Sole page!
