SOLE TRAIN RUN GROUP
Sign up and train with our complimentary marathon and half marathon training group in preparation for the 2022 Boston, Toledo, and Cleveland Marathons! You'll receive free comprehensive training plans as well as coaching several days of the week! Our group is made up of all levels, experience and ability! All are welcome to join us whenever you can drop in! You DO NOT need to be training or signed up for a race to take advantage of these workouts! Come run to stay in shape and meet some great new friends!
We meet three times a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturday's at 7:30am at various locations around town.

On top of our Sole Train group we offer group trail runs through our TrailHeads Trail group every Monday night at various locations around the area. Our trail group is for all levels, all experience and ability. Many folks bring their dogs and kids. Check the calendar for details on when and where Trail Heads meet! We also post a Facebook event weekly through our 2nd Sole page!
